Membership sales closed on January 31, 2025. Memberships are no longer available for purchase online or in person after this date.
You must be a member by January 31, 2025 end of day to be considered a member and receive membership benefits, including Book Sale tickets, for the February 2025 Book Sale event.
Friends membership reserves the right to temporarily suspend membership sales prior to any Book Sale events to ensure that all paid members are verified and receive their benefits. Please email friends@metrolibrary.org or call 405-606-3763 if you have any questions.
Your annual membership provides essential funding for library initiatives that support literacy, learning, and connection across Oklahoma County.
As a member you’ll enjoy exclusive benefits – including early shopping access to our legendary Winter Book Sale in February.
To ensure all members are verified and receive their benefits before major events, membership sales will close on January 30, 2026. No memberships will be sold after this date, however member benefits will continue through June 30, 2026. Please email friends@metrolibrary.org or call 405-606-3763 if you have any questions.
*Early Shopping tickets for the Winter Book Sale and Keychains (if applicable) will be mailed in February prior to the sale. For other sales or events, members can check in at the door using their name or a valid membership receipt during the exclusive shopping period.
Please note: Each individual can only have one (1) active membership at a time. If you already have an active membership and purchase another one you will be automatically renewed for another year.
The Sort Site will not be accepting donations at this time and will reopen on Monday, July 1.
